Why can't I see any product prices?
We are a wholesale company, and therefore we do not make our prices public. To see prices, you must first register to buy in our online store.

I don't have a business license - can I buy from you?
No. We are a wholesale supplier, and you need to have a business license in order to buy from us.


Are the products I see in the online store all the products you carry?
No. Our online store carries our regular florist supply product lines, and a selection of our decorative and seasonal items.
There are some specialty and seasonal items that we do not offer on our online store.


How far away do you ship to?
We have customers across Canada, and into the Northwestern United States.

How do I cancel or adjust my online order?
Call us at 604-430-0001, toll free at 1-888-801-1122, or email us and we will cancel or adjust your order for you.


I have flowers shipped to me from the auction - can I add supplies to my order and have them shipped together?
Absolutely! Place your order the day before the auction, and we will make sure your supplies order is shipped together with your plants and flowers.
Note: Please make sure to specify in your Order Notes that your order is to be delivered together with your auction purchase.


I want to place an order online and pick it up from UFG - how far in advance do I need to place my order?
The earliest option to pick up your online order that you will be given is the next business day. If you want to pick up after an auction (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday), it is best if you place your order a minimum of one (1) business day beforehand.

How can I get tracking information on my shipment?
When your order is ready for pickup or delivery, you will receive an email telling you that the status of your order has changed.
To see the status of your order, login to our online store and click on "View My Order History" in the Account Info box, and you will be able to see the status of all your online orders.

How will I pay for my order?
If you have a charge account with UFG Floral Supplies, all purchases will be charged to your account. If you need to pay by credit card or check, we will contact you and make the necessary arrangements before we process your order.
All orders must be paid for in full before they are picked up or shipped.
