Please review our Online Policies below for an overview of our basic business policies.

We strive to represent our products online as accurately as possible. Due to variations in computer monitors, the exact colors of certain products may not be exactly as seen on your monitor. If there are errors in product descriptions, we will work towards correcting them as soon as possible. |
product specials and promotions |
Throughout the year we will promote certain seasonal or "on sale" products through our website. Unless otherwise stated, all product promotions are subject to product availability and any pricing is only valid between the dates specified in the promotion. |
product pricing and availability |
With your Online Account you will have access to our product pricing and volume discounts, as well as the current stock availability for those products. All product pricing and availability displayed in our online store is updated daily, but is not an “up to the minute” reflection of our current stock availability and pricing. All online orders are subject to our actual stock availability and pricing. |
methods of payment |
If you have a charge account with UFG Floral Supplies, all purchases will be charged to your account. If you need to pay by credit card or check, we will contact you and make the necessary arrangements before we process your order. |
shipping and delivery |
When placing your order, you have the option of picking up at our Burnaby location, or having your product shipped to you. Pickup orders must be picked up within ten (10) business days. |
return policies |
All product returns need to be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted for “Final Sale” items, which may include Clearance Items or discounted Seasonal Products. If your return needs to be shipped back to our location, please contact us and we will work with you to arrange the return of your product. Unless the return is related to an error committed by staff of UFG Floral Supplies, all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. |

As a wholesale supply company, you must have a business license or HST number in order to purchase from us. 2. Your use of our online store is given to you strictly for your business use. You are not permitted to share your online account with any other person outside of your business, unless the Management of UFG Floral Supplies has granted you prior permission. Sharing your account and the information available to you through your online account (product pricing and availability, etc.) without prior consent may result in the removal of your online store privileges. |
