To activate your online account:
1. Fill out and submit the form below.
2. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your online application.
3. We will review your application and will activate your online account within one (1) business day.
4. When you have received a second email stating that your online account has been activated, go to our online store and enter your email and password in the login box to begin.

**Note: We are a wholesale company only. In order to register as a customer of UFG Floral Supplies, and to buy in our online store, you must provide proof that you are a registered business before we will activate your account.
