After hours pickups• An after hours pickup can be arranged when your order needs to be picked up after our regular business hours, or on weekends and holidays. Metro Vancouver DeliveriesHow much will it cost to deliver my order?For our Metro Vancouver area customers, we offer a delivery service for a flat $10 charge. This includes any location within the Metro Vancouver area, and any size order. How will you deliver my order?Depending on the particulars of your order, we will deliver it one of two ways: •Via courier. For many of our shipments, we have a courier deliver your order to your specified location. •Via our delivery van. We have our own delivery van that we use to deliver some of our larger orders. When will I receive my order?Generally we aim to have our Metro Vancouver orders delivered the next business day.
If there is a specific day you need your order delivered on, please let us know and we will
do our best to accommodate you. Intra-Canada DeliveriesHow much will it cost to ship my order?Shipping rates vary greatly from order to order, but in general we aim to keep your shipping charges to 10 - 20% of your order total. Generally, the bulkier the order, or the faster you need it, the more expensive it will be. For information on shipping costs to your area, contact our shipping department, who will be glad to provide you with a shipping estimate for your order. Please note that we have a $10 minimum for any shipping order. How will you ship my order?Our preferred carrier is FedEx, and their Ground service ships to every business address in Canada. This is our most cost-effective mode of shipping. If your shipment is time sensitive, we also ship overnight with FedEx Express and other carriers like Greyhound Courier Express. For our larger orders, we have preferred carriers that handle pallet deliveries, and we have excellent rates to many destinations across Canada, including cost-effective rail service to Toronto and Montreal. If you have a preferred carrier of your own that you would prefer to use, you may request to have your order shipped “collect” on your account. Where can you ship to?We can ship to every business address across Canada, and many residential addresses. Please note that there is usually a surcharge for shipping to a residential address. We also can ship to our carriers’ regional depots if there is one in your area. Please contact us for information regarding this service. We cannot ship to a PO box; every door-to-door delivery must be made to a street address. How long will it take to receive my order?After you place your order, it will generally take us one or two days to process the order and book it for shipping. Transit times vary, depending on the distance between your location and our location in Burnaby, BC. If your shipment is time sensitive, please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. We are able to ship overnight to many destinations within B.C., and all major destinations across Canada. Please note that if your order needs to be shipped on a pallet, overnight services will most likely not be available outside of British Columbia.
Please note that an extra business day or two may need to be added to the transit time if we are shipping to a remote location. |
